Desire that Heals and Destroys:

– Mars and Venus Give Way to Higher Forces –

A lot of Mars and Venus activities launch the first half of August, giving way to Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto in the second half of the month.

With Mars in Libra the assertive side of relationships comes into play, with the accent on physicality, vitality and desire.

Learning what to do with our desire is a big initiation at this time on planet Earth.

So much confusion results from inappropriate desire, and, on the other hand, repressed desire. The need to sexually dominate and abuse young girls, by rich politicians, as recorded by the Epstein List—is still making headlines as orders come from on high to prevent its full disclosure.

The second half of August is when it really gets interesting.

As the personal sphere of what we each do with our desire gives way to larger spheres of collective, mystical and cosmic orchestrations.

Astrology is a system of thought which envisions a celestial order to things, a grand design. At any given moment your actions may align with, or resist, that cosmic intelligence.

There is a kind of desire that flows in accord with universal design, and a kind that transgresses.

To maintain the larger cosmic balance it’s not necessary to keep Earth intact and humanity alive.

Every day a car runs over a family of ants or beetles. Every minute a star grows to supernova and dies. Earth will die. Humanity will die. That might not happen for billions of years, or it could happen tomorrow.

What we do with the time we have, however long it remains, is much more important than how much time we have.

When you follow your desire for love and understanding, express your creativity, resist your anger, and put your good where it’ll do the most, your tiny life on a tiny planet in a humongous universe, steers back toward balance, something Mars in Libra loves.
