Header wout Sample Circle

In-Person series begins in Keene, NH on Jan 8, 2025; and,
meets every other Wednesday 6:30 - 8:30 pm thru March 19, 2025.

Many enter Motherhood unaware that birthing new life often brings with it the echoes of our ancestors, their stories, challenges, identities and gifts.

This series is designed for Mothers with children of any age to gather with sacred companions ready to break the matrilineal patterns that can cause intergenerational harm and shows up in our relationships. We’ll explore our subconscious, move stuck energy and align with our capacity to serve future generations, and one another. Each session includes learning/practices that build trust, address trauma, have time for reflection/being heard by others while building a community of practice for cycle breakers.

Soul Level Astrologer Marcella Eversole and Cycle Breaker Jocelyn Desmarais Goldblatt will guide the group of 7 - 9 Mothers, bolstered by the wisdom, insights and contributions you bring. They will be joined by guest facilitators for Saturday Soul Sessions from 9 am to 12:30 pm in Keene, NH on January 11, February 22 and March 29.

1/11 Harmonize Through Sound Healing with Laura Ridgeway

Sound waves create a resonance that helps participants clear mental blockages and reduce stress.  Proper use of the voice and instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks are known to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and grounding. An ancient art, reborn, sound can invoke our relationship to primordial energies that bring our awareness into the part of our nature that lives underneath the stuck patterns.

Sound work fosters a sense of mindfulness and presence. The reverberating frequencies can support the flow of creativity and focus, allowing participants to nurture a calm, open mind, allowing us to enter more fluid states of well being, both mentally and emotionally. The vibrational sounds can activate harmony within, rebalance the two halves of our brain and release tension stuck in our bodies, including the facial matrix. In this way, sound healing is a therapeutic tool, and a bridge to living in a freer, more spacious and balanced part of ourselves.

2/22 Access/Release Your Sacred Rage at the Smash Room

Have you experienced the release that comes from throwing a glass, smashing a tv screen or screaming out at the top of your lungs, words that got trapped on the inside?  In most settings, screaming, throwing, hitting and smashing material objects has consequences worth avoiding. Yet, this is a setting created just for this purpose, an opportunity to both access and release built-up, generalized anger and/or emotional intensity from traumatic events.

Releasing stress and pent up emotions such as anger, frustration, sadness, hurt, and anxiety in a controlled environment can be tremendously therapeutic.  Like other forms of physical exercise, “acting out” produces endorphins and endomorphins connected to our capacity for pain relief and feelings of pleasure.  And, being supported by peers to express emotions that are given no place in everyday life, can help individuals regain a sense of power, strength and control.  This shake ‘it up, Wake ‘it up experience can rebuild emotional resiliency and be used as a symbolic act to put the past to rest and move into the present.

3/29 Integrate with Guided Breathwork with Elizabeth Allen

Intention is key to guided breathwork and this breathing practice has 3 elements to it: it's diaphragmatic, circular (no pauses between exhale and inhale); and, the exhale is relaxed.

Breathing this way efficiently alters brain wave patterns, to quiet our sympathetic nervous system responses and super-oxygenate our bodies at the cellular level.  In this altered space, we can more easily metabolize held emotions, loosen mental/physical blocks and envision creative, self-generated evolution on the deepest levels. Many people find regenerative release and rest through this therapeutic breath practice.

During the session, guided toning, vocalizing and intuitive body movements can free energy trapped in the body and be very helpful when things start “to cook” internally. The aim is to keep breathers in their bodies, staying present with what comes up for them, and support their journey at their optimal pace. Ultimately, there is "nothing to do" in a therapeutic breath session.  It's about opening to Grace, Allowing; and, establishing Trust in our unified Self's wisdom and guidance.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT

>  This will be a focused, held, but shared space, with simple agreements to honor individual and collective needs to heal/grow together. You will receive information over email; and, a whatsapp or telegram group to stay connected between circles.

>   Each gathering will include building/learning new skills while generating a nourishing support system in our lives.

> Your astrological birth chart will be combed for themes that can catalyze your true nature as we find pathways through the tangles of our matrilineal threads.  Being able to distinguish our ancestral karma from our personal and collective karma can open new ways of seeing who we are, and how to free ourselves from the old shackles.

>   Facilitators for Saturday Soul Sessions will guide us into subconscious parts of our nature, opening new pathways of communication.  This can help identify where we might be working at cross-purposes with ourselves and heal our relationship to damaged instincts created by intergenerational patterns.

>  Together, we’ll create a space to be vulnerable, to be heard and to confront the experiences/stories that keep us tangled up in cycles of intergenerational harm.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT

> This series explores the physical mechanics of trauma and triggers, how ingrained cycles work in the brain and body and what can be done to interrupt them.

> During this 3-months of interconnectedness with women, your system will be beamed positive, healing imprints that can re-write oppressive self-talk that comes from shame, blame, criticism and deeply rooted, self-negation.

> You’ll connect deeper to your intuition and tap unconscious wisdom through symbols, guided meditations, sounds, movement & breath practices grounded in mystical, sacred arts and earth-based ritual.

> You’ll learn new tools to assist in moments of feeling flooded, overwhelmed or caught in fight/flight/freeze. Some of these limiting responses will give way to states of choice, freedom and power.

> By the end of the series, you will have tools that support ongoing self-connection, greater intuition and a supportive circle of companions.

Marcella

For 20 years, Marcella Eversole has been recognized for her evolutionary style of leadership, empowering entrepreneurs, business leaders, political advocacy groups and individuals to align with heart and purpose. The founding director of two international organizations for world change, Marcella supports human evolution while recognizing the deeper forces at work. She specializes in programs that clear obstacles and point toward the high road where human intention meets optimal evolution.

In 2003 a life-changing initiation in Guatemala led her to study with Mayan spiritual guides, where she found herself deeply connected to magical healing forces of nature, learning how to weave them into modern consciousness. Marcella teaches classes, offers sessions and runs a mystery school with her husband in Putney, Vermont. She is a mother, stepmother and learning what it means to be a community mother as this mystery school grows.

Trained, educated and experienced in Community Development Policy & Practice, Jocelyn brings years of experience catalyzing human potential by holding a learning-space that honors polarities and opens a portal for people to receive their own truths, realizations and gifts.

She is breaking ancestral cycles of intergenerational trauma tangled-up in child sex-trafficking, abuse, housing insecurity, suicide and addiction. A warrior who fought her way out of the dark webs of trauma, Jocelyn was supported by twenty years of Tibetan Buddhist practice and study, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Jungian Shadow Work, Gestalt techniques, and a Shamanic Healer who catalyzed her capacity to stand-up as a healer in her own right.

Jocelyn’s Bodhisattva vows and Vajrayana practice are the foundation of her spiritual development, awareness and service. She has received transmissions and teachings primarily from Mindrolling Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche & Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche. As a graduate of the Intention Academy and a chakra-based intuitive dance facilitator, Jocelyn offers techniques that can open pathways to the language of the subconscious which can guide us to stop limiting beliefs, patterns of reactivity, and oppressive self-negation in order to (re)claim our righteous sovereignty as intergenerational healers.
